This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all transactions, enrollments, memberships, and coaching programs offered by Fight Like a Mother Effer (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
The goal of this policy is to maintain transparency, integrity, and fairness while protecting the structure and value of our group coaching community.

By completing a purchase, submitting payment, or enrolling in any Fight Like a Mother Effer program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Overview of Programs Covered

This policy applies to:

• Group coaching programs and workshops

• Monthly memberships and recurring coaching subscriptions

• Digital downloads, courses, and resources

• Educational materials and private online community access

Each of these offerings begins immediate delivery of value, training, and access — therefore, specific refund and cancellation terms apply.

3. Group Coaching Policy

Group coaching programs rely on live instruction, limited enrollment, and community participation. To maintain fairness and uphold the commitment level expected from all participants:

• All sales are final. There are no refunds once payment has been processed, regardless of attendance, participation level, or personal circumstances.

• Cancellations may occur at any time, but they will apply only to future billing cycles.

• Once enrolled, you will retain full access to group materials, communities, and recordings through the end of your paid billing period.

This policy ensures consistency for all members and protects the integrity of the program for serious, committed participants.

4. Memberships and Subscriptions

If you are enrolled in a recurring membership or monthly subscription:

• You may cancel at any time before your next billing date to avoid future charges.

• Cancellations must be made via email to Info@fightlikeamothereffer.com with your name, email, and program details.

• Cancellations are effective immediately for upcoming renewals but do not result in partial or prorated refunds for time already billed.

• Upon cancellation, your membership benefits and access will remain active through the end of your current paid period.

We encourage members to manage cancellations at least 48 hours prior to the next scheduled billing to ensure timely processing.

5. Payment Authorization

By submitting your payment information, you authorize Fight Like a Mother Effer to charge your card or payment method for the total amount agreed upon at checkout or enrollment.

You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information remains current. If a payment fails or is declined:

• Access to coaching sessions, group materials, and private platforms may be suspended until payment is resolved.

• Unresolved payments beyond 7 business days may result in termination of membership.

We are not responsible for any bank fees, overdraft charges, or credit card penalties resulting from attempted billing.

6. Digital Products and Instant Access

All digital resources — including online courses, downloadable materials, video replays, workbooks, and templates — are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

This includes situations where:

• You did not download or view the product after purchase.

• You changed your mind or decided not to use the product.

• You claim lack of satisfaction without a technical error in the product itself.

Once access credentials or download links have been delivered, the transaction is considered complete and final.

7. Cancellation Procedure

8. Exceptional Circumstances

We recognize that life events may occasionally create exceptional circumstances.
While our policy maintains a strict no-refund standard, we may consider limited exceptions at our sole discretion in cases such as:

• Verified medical emergencies

• Military deployment orders

• Systemic billing errors caused by our platform

To be considered, you must submit documentation supporting your request within 14 days of the incident. Approved exceptions, if any, will be processed as a one-time courtesy and do not establish precedent for future requests.

9. Participant Responsibility

Enrollment in our group coaching and membership programs requires personal accountability. By participating, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your success and results depend on your own effort, discipline, and consistency.

• Access to materials, sessions, or recordings does not guarantee specific personal or financial outcomes.

• Failure to attend or participate does not qualify for a refund or credit.

Our team and community are here to guide and support — but the work and results remain your responsibility.

10. Disputes and Chargebacks

You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Fight Like a Mother Effer directly to resolve the issue in good faith.

Any attempt to reverse a payment without following our resolution process may result in:

• Immediate termination of access

• Legal collection of unpaid fees

• Reporting of fraudulent claims to the payment processor or applicable authorities

We are committed to resolving all issues professionally and fairly — please reach out before escalating.

11. Governing Law

This policy and all related transactions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be handled exclusively through the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
